I knew that a lazy attitude to the conventional gym wasn’t going to get me anywhere when it came to fitness. So to solve this problem, I turned to free weight adjustable dumbbells to encourage me to start my journey.

Now I’m here to discover how to get from fat-to-fit using only the most basic equipment. To prove that you don’t need a fancy gym membership for the average joe.
